Tina Fowler, FNP-BC

Tina Fowler, FNP-BC

Nurse Practitioner

Tina Fowler is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 28 years of experience in nursing and advanced practice. Her background includes 15 years as a registered nurse in high-acuity settings and 13 years as a Nurse Practitioner in Emergency Medicine and Family Practice, where she provided comprehensive, patient-centered care.

After successfully running her own family practice for eight years, Tina is now launching a Direct Primary Care practice to rebuild the patient-provider relationship. She offers affordable, transparent, membership-based care focused on accessibility, prevention, and personalized treatment without traditional insurance barriers.

Patrick

Chief Financial Officer

Patrick is an experienced healthcare administrator with a strong background in operations and financial management. He oversees daily clinical and administrative functions, ensuring efficient workflows and strict compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA standards.

He is a Certified Rural Health Clinic Professional and a certified Coder and Biller. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Limestone University and brings financial insight and operational stability to the practice.

Amanda Grady, LPN

Licensed Practical Nurse

Amanda’s got 23 years of experience making sure every part of your visit runs smoothly. She’s the one who’ll greet you when you come in, make sure we have everything we need for your visit, and help coordinate anything that needs to happen after you leave.

She’s also really good at explaining stuff in regular English, whether it’s how to take a new medication, what to expect with a procedure, or just answering the “wait, what did the doctor just say?” questions. We all need that sometimes.

What's it actually like being a patient here?

Your first visit

We'll take our time going through your health history, any current concerns, medications you're on, all of it. This isn't a five-minute thing. We actually want to understand what's going on with you.

When you're not feeling well

Call us in the morning, come in that afternoon (usually). We'll figure out what's going on, get you feeling better, and make sure you know what to watch for. If you need to come back for a follow-up, there's no extra charge. .

Regular checkups

These actually matter because we're catching stuff early. Blood pressure creeping up? We'll work on it now instead of waiting until it's a bigger problem. Weird lab result? We'll retest and figure out what's causing it. Prevention saves you a lot of headaches later.

The overall vibe

Less clinical, more like talking to someone who actually knows what they're doing and genuinely wants to help. We're professional, but we're not stuffy. You can ask "dumb questions" (they're not dumb) without feeling like you're wasting our time.
